Malzemeler:bullet 1+ 1/2 su bardağı unbullet 1 bardaktan biraz fazla tozşekerbullet 4 yemek kaşığı kakaobullet 1 tepeleme çay kaşığı karbonatbullet 1 cimdik tubullet 1 su bardağı soğuk subullet 1/4 su bardağı sıvı yağbullet 1 yemek kaşığı sirkebullet 1 tatlı kaşığı toz vanilyaYapılışı:1.Unu, sekeri, kakaoyu, karbonatı, tuzu ve vanilyayı genişçe bir kabin içinde karıştırın.2.Ortasını açıp içine soğuk suyu, sıvı yağı ve sirkeyi koyup büyük tahta kaşıkla veya tel çırpma aleti ile karışana kadar karıştırın.3.Küçük kare veya yuvarlak kek kalıbınızı yağlayıp unlayın. Ardından parşoment kağıdı ile dibini kaplayın. Karışımı içine döküp yayın.4.Önceden ısıtılmış 350F(175C) dereceli fırında ortasına batırılan kürdan temiz çıkana kadar pişirin. Kenarlarını bıçakla geçin. Yavaşça ters çevirip kağıdı çıkarın ve alttan hava alacak şekilde varsa tel ızgarasında soğumaya bırakın. Eğer yoksa kağıdı çıkarmadan soğudukça bir yerde ılıtın. Sıcaktan dolayı kekin altı ıslanıp yumuşayabilir ama yinede tadı güzel olacaktır
